Information Regarding BPJS Kesehatan Patient Follow-up Services At Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta

In an effort to provide orderly, comfortable, and regulation-compliant services, starting June 1, 2026, follow-up services for BPJS Kesehatan patients at Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta will adhere to the applicable provisions based on Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance.

1. Patients must attend their follow-up appointment according to the date specified on their follow-up letter.
2. Patients arriving before their scheduled follow-up date cannot be served.
3. Patients arriving after their scheduled follow-up date can still be served by making an online reservation one day in advance (D-1).
4. In emergency situations, patients may proceed directly to the Emergency Department (ER) for immediate medical attention.

We urge all our patients utilizing BPJS coverage to pay close attention to their designated follow-up schedules to ensure that services can run more effectively and comfortably for everyone.
